Welcome! I’m Samantha Curran, co-owner + stylist at Rooted Hair Lounge located in Society Suites. I have been in the hair industry for 10 years, specializing in dimensional, lived-in color, and haircutting. I hope to provide you a custom one on one experience, in a peaceful environment. Cancellation Policy
We require a card on file to schedule all appointments.
We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, therefore we respectfully require a 24 hour notice for cancellations or changes to the service scheduled. If you cancel your appointment with less then 24 hour notice, you will be charged 50% of your service total. In the event that you cancel your appointment the same day, you will be charged 100% of your service total.
If you NO CALL/NO SHOW your appointment, Rooted Hair Lounge honors the right to charge your card on file 100% for your scheduled services.
Please do not arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment or we may have to forfeit your appointment completely and you will be charged 50% of the service total. If you are running late please call us and let us know!
We do not offer refunds of any kind.
